Terms of Service
By using StoreF16, you agree to use the service lawfully and to follow the purchasing, reseller and platform rules described here.
Digital products and availability
Products are digital and availability, supplier source and price can change. A listing does not guarantee permanent stock. StoreF16 may pause or remove products when pricing, stock or reliability becomes unsafe.
Orders and delivery
An order is considered delivered when the relevant digital delivery is provided or confirmed through the platform workflow. Orders requiring investigation may be moved to manual review or support rather than automatically re-purchased.
Refunds and failed fulfillment
Refund or balance restoration depends on the payment method, order state and evidence of whether an upstream purchase occurred. Successfully delivered digital goods are generally not treated the same as undelivered orders. Contact support for transaction-specific review.
Reseller accounts
Resellers are responsible for the claims, pricing and customer communication they make through their own storefronts. StoreF16 may restrict reseller access, products or API usage for abuse, fraud, unsafe automation or material policy violations.
API and automation
API credentials must be kept private. Automated clients must use idempotency and reasonable request rates. Attempts to bypass pricing, inventory, security or duplicate-purchase protections may result in access restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not use StoreF16 to facilitate unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse of third-party platforms, or transactions you do not have the right to conduct.
Third-party services
Some fulfillment and payment functions depend on third-party suppliers or providers. Their outages, policies and availability can affect individual transactions. StoreF16 remains independent from third-party brands referenced in product names.
